At Tayloinc, we strive to provide high-quality custom apparel with timely delivery. Because your products are custom-made specifically for you, our policies differ from standard retail stores.


1. Shipping Policy

A. Production Time All items are made-to-order.

  • Standard Orders: Typically processed and printed within [3-5] business days.

  • Bulk/Screen Printing Orders: May require [7-10] business days depending on complexity.

  • Note: Production time does not include shipping transit time.

B. Shipping Methods & Delivery We offer several shipping options at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Tayloinc.

  • Standard Shipping: [5-7] business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: [2-3] business days.

  • International Shipping: [10-20] business days (depending on destination).

C. Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

D. Shipping Address It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.


2. Returns & Refunds Policy

A. Custom Products (No Returns/Exchanges) Since each item is uniquely printed with your specific design, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than manufacturing defects or printing errors. * We cannot offer refunds or exchanges due to: * Incorrect size ordered (Please refer to our Size Guide before purchasing). * Customer typos or design errors. * Change of mind or “not liking” the design after it is printed.

B. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive an item that is physically damaged (e.g., holes, torn fabric) or has a clear printing error (e.g., wrong design, significantly wrong colors), we will provide a replacement or a full refund.

  • To File a Claim: Please email us at [Support Email] within [14] days of delivery.

  • Required Info: You must include your Order Number and clear photos of the defect/damage.

C. Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier first. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, contact us, and we will assist in resolving the issue. We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.


3. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled or modified within [2] hours of being placed. Once an order moves into the production stage, we can no longer cancel or change the order.


4. Color & Size Disclaimer

  • Colors: Due to variations in monitor settings and the nature of apparel inks, the colors of the final product may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

  • Sizing: All apparel follows industry-standard sizing. Please check our Size Guide carefully, as we do not provide refunds for items that “do not fit” if they match our size charts.
