3. Order Accuracy & Customization
A. Proofing: You are responsible for reviewing your designs, including spelling, colors, and placement, before submitting your order. Tayloinc is not responsible for errors made by the customer during the design process. B. Color Matching: Please note that on-screen colors (RGB) may vary slightly from actual printed ink/fabric colors (CMYK). We do not guarantee a 100% color match.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect address information provided by the user.
5. Returns & Refunds (Custom Products)
A. No Returns on Custom Items: Because each item is custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is physically defective or there was a printing error on our part. B. Claims: Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within [14] days after the product has been received.
